The dresses I ordered looked amazing on the website, but when they arrived, the material wasn’t quite what I expected and felt lower in quality than it appeared online. I reached out to customer service and I do appreciate that they were cooperative—they allowed me to keep the original dress (which I donated) and sent a replacement for the same price. While I really value their responsiveness and effort to resolve the issue, the second dress was quite similar in terms of material and sizing, and the stitching could have been better. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I do feel there’s a bit of a mismatch between how the dresses are presented online and how they feel in person. I was expecting slightly better quality for the price. Overall, good customer service, but the product quality could definitely be improved.
