Paid for the insurance and made first payment and it's been 2 weeks still don't have my replacement drone and ruko is basically telling me it not the problem to contact USPS but then they tell me it was delivered to my house to contact ruko so idk get me my drone and I change to 5 star and even though y’all have responded and sent me a text message saying y’all gonna send me a free drone brand new I still haven’t heard nothing from y’all. We got a date on when I’ll get it and now we’re going out close to a month I’ve been waiting.
