Great experience overall in Shanghai, Suzhou & Hangzhou
Tour guides Liu Yang and Chen Qianqian are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Similarly for all the drivers assigned. They tried their best to accommodate our request to drop us at the nearest possible stops to places of interest as my wife has a bit of a walking issue. This had made our trip less stressful, very relaxing and an enjoyable one. Administration wise, could be a little bit better managed by informing us beforehand of the change in tour guide in Suzhou. Nevertheless, June and Zhao had been very professional and prompt in their responses to all my queries. It was really a pleasure dealing with them.
