It was nice to collaborate with your Team, sometimes, though that I was forgoten, by this you need to keep in touch with every of your customer, may be once per week to make them feel that all is going correct and they just need to w8 more. Some of my coleagues have already get payment for 1 or more week ago, we complete form at the same time (2-3 min difference) and some of us have faster responses. Idk why, may be this is procedure, but sometimes need to comunicate more.
