Appalling
Appalling. I'm just about to return shoes they sent that are the wrong size. I ordered correctly but received shoes that are too small. I am expected to incur the cost to return the shoes to Germany despite the error being theirs. They are based in China, not the UK. And the ludicrous offers they made to try and get out of refunding me much at all. I suspect the only reason I will be getting any part refunded is because I've raised a dispute with paypal. Avoid. Absolutely the worst service. I'd give zero if that were possible. Updating to add I've sent the shoes back, tracked postage and I still have not had a refund issued. PayPal has also pushed back the resolution date!
