They did an excellent job of working with me on the design of my coin. It was a bit complex and they were flexible on multiple designs and iterations. The coins came out beautifully. Unfortunately, some of the coin cases broke in transit, but they worked with me to get new cases sent out. I am very happy with my order and the overall process. I will continue to make all repurchases through them.
