Extremely bad customer service. Avoid if you don't want to get your blood boil. I requested to chat with a human agent to resolve an issue but the agent somehow decided to refuse to read what I sent and instead copy-paste template response. When it was escalated to another agent, they promised to look into the issue for you but then MIA and stopped replying to the message even though I messaged them from time to time Update: Joel from the customer care team reached out directly to apologise and resolve the issue. It shouldn't have taken a manual review to fix something so straightforward, but the follow-up was appreciated. Seems like they are working on improving things on their end.
