If you buy shoes from this company they will not fit, be poorly made and you will not be able to return them or gain a refund. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly I have never interacted with a worse company. I bought two pairs of shoes. Despite sizing up 1 and a half sizes, the shoes were still quite small. They were also poorly made and extremely uncomfortable. I have been battling with them to return the shoes for a refund for 6 weeks now. They did everything they could to try and give me a partial refund. When I did eventually get the returns address for their warehouse in Germany, I followed their postage instructions completely (and paid £15 for tracked and signed for delivery) and there was no one at the warehouse to accept the package. They are now refusing to rearrange delivery on their end (I cannot do this as the sender) and still refusing to issue my refund, despite the problem being completely their own. So I am now down the price of two shoes and £15 postage.
