Not fit for purpose broke after 6…
Not fit for purpose broke after 6 months. Was only used on occasions, weekends etc (was in immaculate condition apart from string deteriorated). Was told warranty was not valid as bracelet had been worn. If you are unable to wear the jewellery surely then it is not fit for purpose. Customer service was totally unhelpful only offered 20% off next order even though I had sent clear photos of the deteriorated string which was not snapped or pulled, they just sent the same automated response of being out side of the warranty as it had been worn. At £100 for a bracelet i would expect it to last at the very minimum the length of the warranty and i would also expect the company to honour the warranty especially when the bracelet was within the terms.
