My shepard was taking skin and coat for 3 weeks. There was some lesser itching. I ordered more but when shipment arrived I had ordered multi vitamins accidentally. dogs eat them heartily and they need a good vitamin anyway. I called customer service about my mistake. Did not know whether I wanted to return or keep . Very fast response time and me and the rep discussed options. Very happy with this company's product and customer service.
