Grubby, I don't use the word lightly, Cancelled my service, sent the hardware back, was told over the phone when I called to give them the tracking number they would not charge that months fee. They did charge that months fee, called up them to ask what happened, was advised by customer service they would refund. No refund was actioned. It's not about the money, its about a business providing a service and keeping their word..
