Booked a return ticket
Booked a return ticket . They cancelled the first bus sector without citing any reason. I had to take a new ticket through another channel. But easybook and city line did not refund the cancellation money. What a scam ! No one should trust these guys . City line is the worst bus service I saw the reply and it is completely useless . I contacted the customer service and they did not help. They did not have a contact channel that responds in time. They responded after the time of travel . So please don’t fake your apology
