Softorino has cool apps that are well supported!
Softorino’s Volume Concierge 2 app is a great little tool that assures my computer volume is not accidentally set too high at inappropriate times. I have it set to automatically reduce my volume close to bedtime so no one in my house gets awoken by some stray notification. I am thrilled with their product support team, especially for the quick and personal attention they gave me for such a small app when I ran into a minor license issue. They got their back-end technical staff to quickly identify the root cause and told me exactly how to resolve my issue. You can trust Softorino to have cool apps that are well supported by personal product support staff.
