I bought a slim case for my S26 Ultra and honestly, it’s been a disappointing experience. The case itself feels very fragile. It slipped out of my hand once, and that was enough for it to crack. What’s worse is that it actually left a small mark on the phone’s frame, which completely defeats the purpose of having a case in the first place. On top of that, the case is quite slippery, making it harder to hold securely. For something meant to protect an expensive device, that’s a major flaw. Customer service was just as frustrating. I contacted them multiple times to correct the replacement price to $16.99, but despite explaining it at least 10 times, I was still charged $21.99. That lack of attention and support made the whole situation even worse. Overall, poor durability, bad grip, and disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this case if you actually want reliable protection for your phone.
