Impossible to cancel - fraudulent charges
I cancelled my subscription ($135 a month that I didn't realize was on top of prescriptions) last June. I did not sign in again. Randomly on January 30th then again in March I received $135 charges. This month I received another charge. This time to Roen. I searched online and found that Roen and Zealthy are the same. Signed into my old Zealthy account and there were the charges. They sent me no email, text, or phone call. I had not been on their site for nearly a year. Where did these charges come from??? I cancelled it online, AGAIN, and contacted support. They said I cannot have a refund and they won't acknowledge that I cancelled last year and said they need proof. But they never sent an email when I cancelled. Not being charged for the end of 2025 and the refund they gave me doesn't count as proof. Nor does my email chain with support last year. I received no email for cancelling today. And there is no way to remove your credit card from the site. I'm afraid they will start charging me again in a few months. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will probably need to cancel my credit card to keep from this happening again.
