Absolutely Shocking
My ring isn’t as described. It’s wonky, which the blame natural stones. It’s not the stone that is the issue. The stone is straight. The person attaching it to the ring has applied it wonky. That’s the problem. Ask me to close the dispute with the bank. No way. Say they can’t send the particular link stating that errors may occur, as the ring is now sold out. Should still be able to show me the information as stated on the ring tho. Ring is so wonky which clearly can be seen on the photos they requested but they dispute this. Customer service is absolutely shocking. You have said you are happy to accept a return but I am waiting return details.
