Had a defective paper roll, but support replaced it right away!
I ordered the DTF printer D2 and it arrived super fast within a week! The machine itself works perfectly with zero issues, but the paper roll it came with arrived with a few defects. After I sent over a few quick photos of the issue, they approved a replacement roll on the spot.
