AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Ordered a Black Dress for an event I'm going to, had no shipping information for 2 weeks. I decided to chase up and they told me the item isn't in stock. Asked for a refund. My friend also had the same problem. And looking at other reviews they also had this. The Nine Pm is a scam!!
