My booster contacted me right after acquiring the order. We set up a start time of an hour, which was great for me. Then we proceeded to zoom through 8 M+ dungeons. They are always polite, professional, and very nice. If I ask them a question, they always answer. If I ever do have an issue, customer service is on top of it immediately. What's not to love?
