I genuinely regret buying from Acmer. The positive reviews are extremely misleading. I bought the P2 and it has been nothing but issues from day one. It’s unreliable, frustrating to use, and clearly not a polished product. What’s even worse is their customer service. It’s an absolute nightmare. They stall, deflect, and make the return process as difficult as possible. It feels intentional. When you finally manage to send the unit back, they’ll claim everything is “working perfectly” and still charge you a 20% restocking fee. It’s a complete joke. This company does not stand behind their product, and they definitely don’t care about the customer experience. Do yourself a favor. stay far away. There are plenty of better, more reputable laser printing companies that won’t put you through this.
