Poor Data Protection & Poor to No Customer Support
I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of personal data and their complete lack of response. On April 10th, 2026, I received an email from them where my personal email address — along with several other customers’ addresses — was visible in the “To” field instead of being properly hidden using Bcc. This is a clear breach of GDPR and a serious failure to protect customer information. What’s even more concerning is that I have sent multiple emails to raise this issue and have received no response whatsoever. No acknowledgement, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the situation. This level of negligence regarding data protection, combined with poor customer service, is disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
