Overall
Overall, the support answers really fast. If there are any questions they are available - of course mind that they have a diffrent time zone - and giving their best. They try to understand your issues with their whole heart. What I don't like though, is that some of people from the support are giving sluggish feedback. In order to get the full support and instructions I really need to ask a few more times until I get the right answer that I want (or that helps me with my issue.) But overall very nice service, very helpful!
