I’ve had a very positive experience with Ruko drones and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly drone. Katherine and Joyce have both been incredibly helpful—very responsive to questions and willing to take the time to review flight logs to troubleshoot issues. That level of support really builds confidence, especially for newer pilots or anyone pushing their equipment in more demanding conditions. Another big plus is the insurance policy offered through Ruko. It has been solid coverage and reasonably priced, providing extra peace of mind when flying.
