I ordered the AP80 Pro Max for my dad as a present. The delivery was good, considering the package was sent from China to Germany. The player arrived and my dad was very happy. The features of the player are nice, my dad was impressed. The real star of the show was the customer support, we had issues with the player, it had a technical defect. The support handled the issue very fast and EXTREMELY well! Hats off to Sean! I was so pleased with the service that I even offered a review myself.
