My fiance bought me a beautiful Garnet engagement ring about a year ago through their Amazon store. Last week one of the side stones fell out. I contacted Gem Stone King and, since it was under their lifetime warranty, they replaced the ring at no charge! The process was quick and painless! I'll definitely be shopping with them from now on.
