wait time today was not too long. Jonathan was handling several chats at one time so response time was a little confusing. He was respectful and helpful but my package was received April 7 and nothing was done until I contacted them today and now it will be at least 5 more days. I hope they will follow through because they did not follow the request the first time even though I did everything correctly
