it was HORRIBLE. i have bought from this site before and had no issue whatsoever but 2 nights ago i placed an order for Raygun, as soon as i went to the Claim Page, it said the item was Out Of Stock and i wasn’t able to claim my item although i had already paid. i emailed customer service and they practically blamed me for not claiming the order regardless of me explaining the issue and even sending proof. their website was messed up yet they blamed a loyal buyer for their mistakes. they said they issued a refund but they HAVE NOT! will never be buying from here again.. be careful, guys, please.
