I used SEAGM seagm to purchase a PlayStation gift card and paid via their checkout system using SOL cryptocurrency. The transaction was successfully completed on-chain, but the gift card was never delivered. Support later claimed that SOL is not supported by their payment provider (Triple-A), even though it was shown as an available payment option on their website. Instead of resolving the issue, they redirected me to a third-party payment processor and refused responsibility. This is a serious payment integration issue. If a payment method is displayed at checkout, customers expect it to work. In my case, the payment went through but the product was not delivered, and support is not taking responsibility. Be careful when using crypto payments on SEAGM. Update to my review! After contacting the Triple-A payment gateway, they completely refused to issue a refund! Since the SEAGM website specifically listed their payment gateway, they are fully responsible, but SEAGM support simply passes the buck to Triple-A, saying that the transaction isn’t currently supported and to contact them! I do not recommend this site for purchasing any products! It’s a scam platform!
