I just need to give 5 stars here. The costumer service is incredible helpful and cooperative. Also I'm so happy about the many jewellery options for stretched ears. I remember times when I got frustrated about my teenage decision to stretch my ears because I never found nice jewelry (I'm not so much into tunnels and plugs). I'm also overall happy with the quality, I've been wearing my synthesis hangers for almost a year straight and they look and work like on the first day. It's definitely better quality than the cheaper options I tried so far plus the unique design and feel. Only thing is that I'm not so happy with brass as a base material.
