Disgraceful customer service, and destroys your lawn
I ordered the Luba 2 Mini. Whilst it looks awesome, and copes with the middle of the lawn very well, it completely destroyed the edges as it seems incapable of turning around without ripping up the grass leaving bare patches in my lawn. This seems to be caused by a combination of small rear drive wheels that skid, the front side rotating wheels getting jammed up on day 1, and poor firmware that is unable to figure out how to manage tighter spaces. This in itself was frustrating, but then I contacted tech support. Wow. Rarely do you encounter a customer service team who care less. Weeks to respond to every email, re-asking the same irrelevant questions every time. I was only able to get a refund after threatening legal action. Disgraceful. I would have tried the Yuka had my experience not been so painful. Instead I have now switched to a Segway Navimow and am delighted with it. My recommendation is to avoid Manmotion!
