A legitimate scam
A legitimate scam. In fact, I've tried to leave multiple reviews on their website which conveniently won't get posted so be cautious when relying on those as that's what I should have done. I received a defective turntable and Retrolife admitted that it was defective and informed me that I could get a new one or send the defective one back for a refund. When I opted for a return and refund, customer service stopped responding to me completely. I've sent numerous emails with no response and no instructions on how I can receive a refund. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The Company’s response below is disingenuous. I’ve reached out multiple times and although customer service indicated that I would be issued a refund, it’s been weeks and I still have not received anything. I’ve followed up on my refund multiple times and of course, no response. Do not buy from them. I now have to contest the charge with my credit card company due to their complete lack of response. Absolutely ridiculous.
