I have had 2 masks that have had problems and the company have been very receptive, they are replacing my second chest and neck masks, hopefully this one will continue to work.

I’m very pleased with Jov’s service, I have a faulty chest mask and they are replacing it for me. I appreciate their prompt attention to my issue and look forward to receiving my new mask. I’m pleased with my face and chest mask, I have noticed an improvement with the texture of my skin and the reduction in my pore size. My face is much smooth bro the touch and se ma b lighter than before.
