Terrible AI BOT customer service
Order was placed at 12:30am EST Sunday, 4/19. I requested to cancel my order at 7:30am EST on 4/19 and I provided the order number as requested. At 1:59am EST on Monday 4/20 (which is the middle of the night) I received a message in the website’s chat asking if there we anything way they could help and to respond soon before the order shipped. I replied to cancel the order immediately at 7:40am EST 4/20 when I woke up and never received a response.
