The worst company ever to deal with
The worst company ever to deal with. Don’t buy anything from them. Terrible service and product constantly didn’t work. I replaced every part imaginable until I finally asked for a refund and then they said I went past my window (only because I kept trying their replacement parts). I replaced nearly every part (RTK, modular, charging station, cords). Would never properly connect and stay connected. At one point wouldn’t even turn on. Now with new lawn season here it just won’t connect to bluetoooth and you can operate without connecting to phone/app. They ask for logs but you can’t give that to the without being able to connect (which is my issue). They offered to send me a new set of blades. lol. Terrible
