Very difficult to get an RMA

I needed a rear windshield wiper blade for my Veloster N. After receiving the order, I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong part and quickly requested a return (RMA) using their website's contact form. It's important to note that I did not open the packaging of the item I ordered. I received instructions a few days later, which I followed to the letter. I did not receive a response. I waited 5 days before reaching out again on the status of my RMA request. A day later I received a response stating I will receive an RMA form to fill out "shortly" but my return will incur a 20% restocking fee. Their website's restocking fee policy states, "Depending on the circumstances, our RMA agents will determine special exceptions on a case-by-case basis". It's odd that my RMA would have a restocking fee tied to it since it's unopened and I reached out to them immediately. Not only that, with all the back and forth with them on simply trying to get an RMA, a goodwill exception seems more than reasonable. Bottom line, if you have to return anything to this company, I would expect a restocking fee... Unfortunately, the web form that was supposed to be sent to me "shortly" never arrived. I reached out to them again but received no response. It's been 12 days since I started the RMA process and there's still no clear solution or response from them. As a small business owner, I would never treat a customer like this. Their return process is vague, overly complicated, and you will no doubt have to pay for a restocking fee no matter what. That's if you're lucky to even get an RMA processed. Avoid this company.
