We made the switch from Planning Center to Subsplash for our online and digital ministry a little over a year ago, and it’s been a really good move for us. What we needed was something simpler—less bouncing between systems and more everything in one place. Subsplash has helped us do that. Our app, website, media, and giving are now all connected, and it’s made things a lot easier for our team to manage week to week. After a year of using it, the biggest win for us has been the clarity it’s brought. We’re not spending nearly as much time trying to keep platforms synced or updated—we’re just able to communicate with our church more consistently and focus more on ministry. Any transition like this takes some work, but overall it’s been worth it. It feels like we finally have a setup that supports what we’re trying to do instead of getting in the way of it. We’re grateful for it and glad we made the change
