The poor quality singer treadmill
I purchased a singer treadmill , model no EST2704 on 24.09.2025 and its price Rs 124,782. We used it rarely and recently the front panel suddenly burnt and there was smoke. I immediately disconnected treadmill from the switch. I filed a complaint on 17th April 2026 and they said they will send a technician to inspect the treadmill within 3 working days. So far no one has turned up to check it. Each time we contact the Singer service center, we’re told a technician will be sent the following day, but it never happens. Beware before buying a Singer treadmill, as the model we purchased is of poor quality and they are designed to fail even before the one year warranty expires. Overall, this has been a very poor experience with Singer. We are very dissatisfied with Singer and their after sale services.
