The customer service was excellent (specifically Sophie!). I had a lot of questions and Sophie was patient, responsive and very helpful. I am glad that I decided to purchase a range hood from the Range Hood Store. The range hood was delivered in excellent condition and beautifully packaged. I am very happy with my purchase and the company/Sophie overall!
