I also tried to return the topper. I have sent at least four messages and have received no response at all. There is no other way to contact them. There is another company called “Usewestcloud”which is good. Wonder how they say they have so many good reviews… they don’t even let you leave a review. I will contact my CC and ask for a chargeback.
