Needed a refund
The first time I called, I got a recording that told me it would be a 38-minute wait time. I could leave my phone number to have someone call me back, or I could call the CHAT line & get help there a little sooner. I decided to wait for a little bit. The recording was VERY misleading. After I had waited for 15 minutes or so, it told me the wait time was STILL 38 minutes! So, I called the CHAT line & it told me the wait time was 43 minutes! By this time, I was getting a little frustrated. I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes before Jafet was there to help me. I needed a refund for my 6-bottle order. The bottles had not been even opened. Jafet was patient, considerate, understanding & fast. I couldn't get into my email to get the return instructions, so Jafet told me how to download the return instructions. I did that & it worked really well. Please tell Jafet thank you for being such a good customer service rep!
