I placed my order on August 5th
I placed my order on August 5th, it is now August 27th and my order has not even shipped. I have repeatedly contacted the company and was first told it was taking so long because of a surge in orders, then I was told it was on hold due to an automatic processing pause. At this point I asked to cancel the order and was told that because it was in fulfillment that it could not be cancelled. I then said I would wait a week and if the order did not ship by then, that I was going to file a dispute through my bank. At that point I was told that someone with more authority would get right back to me. That was a couple of days ago and I have heard nothing. Terrible service. I will be filing a dispute and canceling my subscription.
