What's Important to me
Important to me: Proximity to where I live. Reviews. Clean waiting area. No hard upsell. Specialized in what I needed. I'm glad friend in Phoenix suggested I check out the one up here in Prescott Valley. It was a nice experience overall and I feel work was well done. I am quite sure it was hundreds less than where I normally take my car for repair- where they couldn't take me until next week/ have to leave my car the entire day, etc. The Brakes Plus took me without an appointment, job was a few hours. The mgr(?) kept me informed throughout the process. I am glad to recommend and give them a 5 Star! Glad to know about the other services they provide as well and there are coupons 😄
