TERRIBLE SERVICE
The application and customer service are terrible. When I try to top up and add more than two cards, 99% of the merchants won’t deliver to my address. What’s the point of being a premium member? I can’t place an order due to authentication issues. It’s frustrating to go through what should be a simple task, like verifying my email. I cannot recommend this service, and as soon as I resolve these issues, I plan to delete my account.
