Prescribed medication I AM ALLERGIC TO
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Zealthy. Not once, but twice, I was prescribed medication that I am allergic to, despite clearly listing my allergies in the intake questionnaire. It’s obvious the provider didn’t even bother to read it. Customer support is completely useless. Each time, I had to spend nearly a month calling and messaging through their portal just to get any kind of response. On three separate occasions, the provider never followed up at all. This is not just poor service. It’s unsafe and negligent. Between the lack of communication, careless prescribing, and nonexistent support, this has been one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to stay away.
