Be very very careful when signing up!!! Like many others I’ve messaged multiple times to support at MM to stop payments coming out of my account but all I’ve received is automated AI responses and no further genuine customer service or interaction with an actual human which is unacceptable from a company that prides itself on helping people. I’m very disappointed as I messaged over a year ago and told them I wanted a refund which they issued and then found they’d started charging me again! I would appreciate a proper answer to this review rather that the copy and paste answers I see to other people’s reviews. There is no clear process for managing or cancelling subscriptions which is something that needs to be addressed considering the amount of people leaving reviews with the same issue. Please do better!
