The overall delivery took a bit longer (around two weeks) because it was a pre-order. I experienced some additional delays once it reached my country, which were due to the local postal service. The support team responded to all my emails, and everything was handled smoothly. The dress is gorgeous and matches the size chart perfectly. I will definitely order again in the future.
