I ordered the Glycolean product and then returned the product to the address as instructed on April 16, 2026 using USPS 3-day delivery. As of April 24th, no shipment has been received according to customer service. The representative on the "chat" forum was as helpful as can be, but I still don't have an answer about my refund.
