Absolutely atrocious customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered the incorrect product and never took the item out of the original packaging. I called them for a refund and they gave me the runaround. They even asked me to re-sell the product. Other customers have received similar customer service. They no longer respond to my emails and when I call, they just state that they are “escalating” the claim which is nonsense. I should have known better given that they sell crappy Chinesium products.
