NO Customer service, will not listen, stall tactics
Paid for Helicopter, received non working helicopter out of box, will not arm and spin up, remote works fine. Sent them multi videos they asked for, pictures as proof not working. its been 7 weeks and still no refund or new complete helicopter sent, they use stall tactics, lie and never listen to what I say about this issue. Sending a new remote when I already have a working remote will not cure the problem. What really bugs me, I sent them all the proof they asked and they still refuse to refund me for a DOA helicopter for $77.
