City watches.co.nz is not a new Zealand company
After paying for the watch which was said to be in stock and have a 2-4 day arrival date, I then sent multiple emails regarding the watch not being sent. The customer service replies were vague and patronising. After a week the watch finally shipped and arrived at customs. Customs then quired the address as City watches had changed my home address to match the delivery address. Why they did this is not clear. I then had to lodge a new customs declaration to confirm my home address. The watch finally got delivered after 2 weeks form order date. Please be aware they ship from Singapore even though the website will convince you that is a locally based business.
